Our Moments In Time

Our resident creatives at Vintage Remixed interviewed local artists & developed a series of digital shorts - exploring thoughts and experiences during the height of the pandemic era.

Our resident creatives at Vintage Remixed interviewed local artists & developed a series of digital shorts - exploring thoughts and experiences during the height of the pandemic era.

The mini-series explores the thoughts, hearts and minds of local artists, collectively reflecting on what it's meant to live through the pandemic era here in the wider Geelong area on Wadawurrung country.

Experimenting with new AI tools in multimedia production, these shorts playfully utilise vintage archival material like classic Australian newspaper ads and brings characters to life out of sewing pattern covers.

This Arts Project is supported by the City of Greater Geelong COVID-19 Arts, Culture and Heritage Recovery Grants.

Vintage Remixed offers unique one-off oddities, rarities, fashion & art pieces - but is a thrift store with a difference. Recovering salvaged and vintage elements into unique remixed pieces, this start-up also plugs into local council, secondary education & community programs to offer practical work experience opportunities, workshops, pop-up displays and "old-school" vintage entertainment ideas to delight and inspire.
